Flagship Proud

Flagship Proud BW.png

The high school is the Flagship for the Shippensburg Area School District, serving not only our students, but also our community.

The Shippensburg School Board has approved using resources from the district’s fund balance to make the “core” improvements.  Fundraising efforts through The Greyhound Foundation would build upon the district's defined  commitments.

What is The Greyhound Foundation's role in Flagship Proud?

The Greyhound Foundation serves as a fundraising conduit for those businesses and individuals who would like to assist in moving the project and the district forward by building upon the "core" improvements to which the district has already committed.

For donations in excess of $500, please contact us using the "CONTACT" button on this site's donation page and we will assist you in making your donation. When donating electronically for donations of $500 or less, donors will be given the options to contribute to the Flagship Proud project with a general donation or to earmark funds to the Entry, Auditorium or Stadium projects.  For more on those projects, read on! As the Shippensburg Area School District Foundation d.b.a. "The Greyhound Foundation" is a 501c3 non-profit organization, gifts made through The Greyhound Foundation may be tax deductible.
